Es objetivo de este informe despejar la aparente desvinculación que tuvieron en las violaciones a los derechos humanos quienes, siendo parte de la estructura organizativa, no han sido mencionados por víctimas sobrevivientes, pero sin embargo compartieron acciones, estructuras, espacios y tiempos, con aquellos que sí han sido identificados.
