Este es un texto de reflexión que trata de orientar al lector sobre los aspectos fundamentales que deben tenerse en cuenta para que las organizaciones prosperen y desarrollen su objeto de garantizar la abundancia de bienestar entre los asociados. No se trata de expresar ideas impositivas. Se trata de orientar y abrir el espacio de discusión que propicie la construcción de saberes colectivos en un ámbito de sana “reflexión crítica”. Lo anterior, en razón a que como varios de estos mitos están tan consolidados en las prácticas comunes de las organizaciones, no es tarea fácil aislarlos de la cotidianidad para abrir espacio a nuevas y mejores formas de entender el propósito fundamental de la cooperación mutual: la prestación de servicios para consolidar la riqueza colectiva e integral.
