Since then he is in teaching profession. He completed his Ph.D from NIT, Warangal under the guidance of Dr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, DMRL, Hyderabad and Prof. G.R.N. Tagore, Professor (Rtd), MED, NIT, Warangal in January 2012. He has been working at all capacities including Principal of reputed colleges. He published several research papers in international journals, presented papers in International and National Conferences. He received Mother Teresa Sadbhavana Award for Education in 2014, conferred by IBC, New Delhi.
