"Transfers at the Limit. A Quantum View of Art" breaks with the cliché of artificially sealed-off spaces and proposes a hybridization of verbal, pictorial, and volumetric language, through which Raúl Cerutti creates a counterpoint between word and image. This is not a matter of glossing or explaining the works, but of accompanying them so that this counterpoint becomes more fertile. A work of art does not require explanation, for it is sufficient unto itself and speaks on its own—and so does a text. Yet when both converge harmoniously, as in this book, they can accompany one another without superfluous elements that might obscure them. The author proposes a sensitive gaze in which the boundaries between art and science dissolve, allowing expressive modes, rich in lyricism, to converge and intensify within a single shared pulse.
