This is the age democracy and decentralization, of freedom and human dignity, of dynamism and functionality, but most of the educational managers and their policies and strategies are still too much authoritarian, bureaucratic, insensitive and unenlightened and outdated. Most educational managers and administrators are not aware of the excellent new ideas and innovative policies, programmes and strategies that are actually there in operation in some institutions in different countries. They do not know what is happening all around the world. Due to lack of exchange of global experiences of such innovations, most of the educational managers and administrators do not gain right sort of knowledge and motivation to improve and innovate.
