It's Halloween, and Ivy Newt has a new mystery to solve! Every Halloween at sunrise, a spooky haunted house appears across the bay from Newt Castle, only to disappear again at the stroke of midnight. Naturally, Ivy's parents have forbidden her to investigate, but the ever-curious Ivy and Tom set out to solve the mystery!
