Jahrbuch der Rechtsdidaktik 2020/21

Zum zehnjährigen Bestehen gibt das Jahrbuch der Rechtsdidaktik 2020/21 der Perspektive der Studierenden breiteren Raum und adressiert zentrale aktuelle Fragen unserer Zeit: Online-/Präsenzlehre, Legal Tech in der Juristenausbildung sowie das disruptive Potenzial der Parallelanbieter juristischer Qualifikationen. Im Themenschwerpunkt Didaktik von Recht im Nebenfach wird anhand des Teilbereichs "Recht für Wirtschaftswissenschaftler" ein vernachlässigter Teil der Rechtsdidaktik untersucht. Der zweite Schwerpunkt analysiert systematisch, was juristische Kompetenzen sind und wie bzw. mit welchem Nutzen sie systematisch in der Juristenausbildung umgesetzt werden können. On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, the Yearbook of Legal Education 2020/21 gives room to student perspectives und addresses current topics of our time: online / face-to-face teaching, legal tech in legal education and the disruptive potential of parallel providers of legal qualifications. The larger topic focussing the teaching of law as a minor, a neglected subject of legal pedagogy, is examined on the basis of the sub-topic of "Law for managers and economists". The other main topic on legal competences in legal pedagogy and education analyses systematically the nature of  competences as well as how they can be usefully implemented in legal education.
