About the Book

This book has been designed to provide an insight into the fundamentals of Electrical Engineering to students of non-electrical stream. A good knowledge of electrical circuits and machines is necessary for all Engineers and an earnest attempt is made to elucidate the principles and applications of all electrical topics on A.C. and D.C. circuit analysis, single phase and three phase electrical circuits, magnetic circuits, transformers, D.C. machines and A.C. machines. This book contains five units. First three units are related to electrical and last two units are related to electronics.

Salient Features:· Everything is discussed in a clear and concise way with explanatory diagrams· The language is simple and Basic concepts are explained lucidly· Mathematical details are given as and when necessary· Questions included in the book are mostly taken from recently held examinations
Table of Contents | : | Click here
Chapter1 | : | Click here

Content

Unit – I: 1. Basics of electrical engineering, 2. D.c.
