Shah</strong> Ph.D., in Mechanical Engineering, specially in solar and thermal engineering. He is presently working as Principal, Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology, Ahmedabad. He has 38 years of teaching experience in various engineering colleges. He has, to his credit, presented several research papers in many National and International conferences. He is life member of Solar Energy Society of India. He has written number of articles in various magazines related to thermal engineering.<strong>N. C. Nayak </strong>has completed M.tech and Ph. D both from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpour, India in Mechanical (mfg. Systems Engg.) and Industrial Engg. &amp; Management respectively. Presently he is working as Reader in Mechanical Engg. At IGIT Sarang (An Autonomous Institute of Govt. of Odisha).He has published many research papers in Taylor &amp; Francis, Wiley, Inderscience, Emerald, Springer, and Sage journals. He has also presented &amp; published many research papers in National &amp; International Conferences. He has over 23 years of teaching, research, consultancy, and industry experience in India and abroad. His research interest includes production &amp; operation management, supply chain management, FMS, MIS, quality design &amp; control etc. Two Ph D scholars &amp; eleven number of M. Tech scholars have been guided by Dr. Nayak. Presently, few more research scholars are carrying out their M. Tech &amp; Ph. D in different broad areas also. He has visited Scotland in UK in 2016 funded by UGC, to present one of his research paper.</div>
