Reciprocating Machines About the Authors Dr. Anil Kumar, Ph.D, is Assistant Professor in Department of Energy at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal. He was awarded Senior Research fellowship from Centre for Energy Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He worked in Rajiv Gandhi Proudhyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (M.P. State Technological University), Bhopal from 2005 to 2010.                He has been actively involved in teaching and research in the area of Mechanical Engineering and continuing his lectures in Basic Mechanical Engineering for 5 years. His major research areas are in the field of Renewable Energy, Solar Thermal Energy and Heat Transfer.                He has published many research papers in International/National journals and conferences. He has been a resources person in several International/National conferences.K. Sudhakar obtained his B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Salem, Madras University. And M.Tech in Energy Management from School of Energy & Environment Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore.                He was awarded senior research fellowship from DST. Govt...Of India for Doctoral Research and worked in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli from 2008-2010. He has been actively involved in teaching & research in the area of Energy & Environment. His major research areas include Carbon Sequestration, Biofuel, Alternate Energy sources, Hybrid Energy systems, Energy Auditing. He has published many research papers both in referred national & international journals and conferences proceedings. He is a certified Energy Manager & Auditor by BEE. He has been keynote speaker and resource person at several International & National conferences and programmes. He has delivered several invited lectures in reputed institutes.
