Parvathy: The Tale of an Elephant

Elephants are cute and intelligent animals. How would you feel if your father were to give you a four-year-old elephant calf as a birthday gift? No doubt, you'll be enthralled. Bhagyalakshmi, Bhagyam for short, receives such a gift on her seventh birthday, and she is over the moon. Bhagyam, an only child, spends her time playing with Parvathy, the elephant calf.
