The stories in this box set take place ask the simple question what if? What if the WBIS was disbanded and Mark Vincent was recruited by the CIA? What if Kyle Winchester, the hyper WBIS agent, actually turns out to be Mark Vincent's son? What if Tony and Bryan Sebring, who've been raised as biological brothers, turn out to not be related by blood at all? And finally, what if, in spite of the fact that they were adversaries, when Mark is ordered to erase Quinton Mann, he can't, and what if Quinn still turns to him for help? Quinton Mann is willing to give Mark a chance, but their mission falls apart due to interference.
