He has retired as Professor in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University and held many academic and administrative positions.Dr. C. Lakshminarayana is retired Professor in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University. An Engineering graduate from Osmania University, he obtained Master's degree from lllinios Institute of Technology, USA and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.
