 This books gives basic aspects of financial management. The forms of business organization are presented in chapter number two. The third chapter enlightens the important chapter of financial management i.e. ratio analysis. The fourth and fifth chapters are covering the another important aspects of financial management viz. funds flow analysis and cash flow analysis. Equal importance is given for theory and practical problems throughout the book and also for the chapters sixth, seventh and eighth on working capital management, accounts receivable management and inventory management. The ninth chapters of this book is providing excellent information on management of cash. Capital budgeting, cost of capital and capital structure planning and explained in chapter number ten, eleven and twelve. The last three chapters are highlighting the importance of dividend policy, leasing, mergers and acquisition.
