Since production potential of exotic and cross breed cows can not be fully exploited by feeding low quality natural grasses, hence this book deals with the cultivation of high yielding quality forage genotypes to meet their adequate demand. In addition to scientific management of high yielding nutritious forage under cut and carry system, emphasis has also been given for managing pasture and natural grassland (Rangelands).
