Sobre este livro

Der Affenmensch, der sich heimatlos fühlt, nachdem er seine Aussichten auf eine Hochzeit mit Jane Porter nobel geopfert hat, verlässt die USA in Richtung Europa, um seinen Freund Paul d'Arnot zu besuchen. Auf dem Schiff lernt er die Gräfin Olga de Coude und ihren Mann, den Grafen Raoul de Coude, kennen. Dieses Zusammentreffen ist der Ausgangspunkt für die lange Feindschaft Tarzans mit den zwielichtigen Gestalten Rokoff und Pawlowitsch.
