Synopsis: Here in this book of mine;I will give a painful story From that disaster experienced; For the dear Gaucho people With the heavy rains; That caused many deaths Who had their first; Alarming records At the end of April 2024, With risk alerts From the heat wave in the center; From this turbulent country That channeled moisture; To the south, without mercy A tragedy of this magnitude; It demands an attitude from us It s not just a natural accident; Or so little casual As some want to do; May you come to believe But unfortunately they are; Consequence of a bad model Current economic development; That for the planet will be fatal The political-institutional process; And the form of irrational exploitation From nature s resources; Explored for sure For a voracious humanity; Always wanting to make more profit All the money in the world; Will we take it to the grave?
